Customer Service Employee

Function

• Liaise between production, sales and customers, ensuring flawless order processing and coordination with transport colleagues.
• Detect customers' needs even before they know them themselves and proactively communicate deliveries and orders.
• Handle queries, sample requests and complaints with a smile and look for solutions.
• Commercially think along and support the Sales Managers with valuable insights.
• Represent company as ambassador with pride during trade shows and customer visits.

Profile

• At least a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in a similar position is a plus, but it is your drive and enthusiasm that count.
• Familiarity with software such as SAP is a plus, but they offer the necessary training.
• Communicative skills, customer-oriented and a real team player.
• Professional language skills in Dutch and French.
