Brand Manager
Function
- Gain deep insight to exploit new international market potential.
- Manage and refine the company's brand and positioning.
- Develop strategies and prepare the annual marketing plan.
- Coordinate collaboration with external partners for identity strengthening.
- Lead all consumer-facing brand activities.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns in line with rapid growth.
- Set and monitor KPIs and business performance to make adjustments as needed.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in marketing and at least 3 years' experience in the FMCG sector.
- Experience in online marketing, such as content marketing and online advertising.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking skills and able to evaluate concepts.
- Practical mindset, able to motivate both external and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
