Function

• Leading tenders for suppliers and securing procurement contracts.
• Validate, evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure excellence.
• Support the procurement department in resolving complex stakeholder issues.
• Prepare and monitor budgets for packaging and consumables.
• Contribute to the development and publication of operational KPIs.
• Respond to requests for quotations based on packaging requirements.
• Collaborate with designers on innovative new packaging.
• Entering agreements into ERP and closely monitoring procurement contracts.

Profile

• At least 3 years of proven experience in procurement.
• Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• Experience with ERP systems and administrative processes.
• Accurate, organised and with a keen eye for detail.
