Our client is a leading player in the provision and coordination of individual or business mobility solutions. The company has several branches and employs a team of about 150 people. The organisation is committed to being innovative and forward-looking, with an emphasis on quality, safety and efficiency. For strategic reasons, the company's name is not shared at present.

 

We are looking for an HR-Legal Director, a strategic thinker with a solid legal background, who plays a crucial role in further refining, developing and strengthening the HR policy.

Function

 

  • Develop and implement a legally watertight HR policy.
  • Set up and manage processes: evaluation interviews, fleet policy, recruitment, recruitment and retention strategies, and salary and compensation policy.
  • Ensuring legal compliance in employment and contract law.
  • Drafting, analysing and negotiating agreements and contracts with external partners.
  • Advise on social legislation and compliance within the organisation.
  • Guide and support management in HR and legal related issues.
  • Working with the payroll administrator to ensure correct payroll processing.

 

Profile

  • A master's degree in Law, HRM or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years' experience in an HR management position with legal expertise.
  • Extensive knowledge of labour law and social legislation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policy
  • Strong strategic and analytical insight, combined with a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch/French/ English.
