Sales Director
(with growth opportunities to CEO)
Function
- Supervise, coach and direct several divisions and the sales department.
- Setting and exceeding both short-term and long-term targets.
- Supervising and applying optimisation possibilities in terms of quality and efficiency.
- Formulating proposals for further international growth.
- Achieving objectives within an ever-changing market and context.
- Strategic and optional operational management of the domestic and foreign branch.
- Monitoring and constantly monitoring figures and results.
- Translating the shareholder vision into an adequate, stable and profitable sales policy.
- Leading and supervising a sales department (10 people).
- Reporting directly to the Executive Board.
Profile
- Master's degree and min. 10 years active in a similar sales position.
- Advancement potential to CEO mandate.
- Sales experience in a retail environment is a must.
- Proven track-record of rolling out a loyal client base.
- Born people manager who ensures on and off management of talented employees.
- Decisive, initiator and no-nonsense mentality
- Charisma and entrepreneur by nature with a versatile mindset.
- Eager to get on the road and ideally living on the axis between Ghent & Antwerp.
- Thorough knowledge of Dutch, French & English.
