Our client is an ambitious property developer from the Aalter region. To strengthen the team, they are looking for a (m/f):

Facility Manager

Function

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of various patrimony buildings.
• Monitoring technical installations; dealing with complaints and problems, contacting designated parties.
• Responsible for the facilities management of our buildings: maintenance contracts, insurances and contracts, ...
• Maintaining relationships with stakeholders; tenants, suppliers, insurance, ...
• Monitoring budgets and costs regarding repairs, maintenance, etc.
• Implementation and management of SLAs ( Service Level Agreement ) and KPI management.
• Reviewing sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions in existing buildings
• Quarterly accounts and reporting to management.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Facility Management, Construction or Project Management.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience, preferably in a similar position.
• Administration and structure do not deter you.
• Commercial flair, proactive thinking and taking initiative.
• Knowledge of relevant legislations in Facility Management is a plus.
• Dutch: mother tongue, very strong knowledge of English and French.
• You are willing to travel.
