Prevention consultant Level 1

At our client, a thriving and innovative organisation based in South-West Flanders, safety, health and prevention are key. With a wealth of experience and a passion for progress, they are looking for an enthusiastic Level 1 Prevention Advisor to join the team.

Function

• Develop and implement prevention policies together with the QHSE manager
• Establish and maintain a robust welfare policy.
• Regular visits to the work floor to assess safety situations.
• Actively participate and advise on the introduction of ISO9001 and VCA.
• Promote safety culture through, among other things, awareness campaigns and training.
• Prepare detailed commissioning reports, risk analyses and occupational accident files, and keep the prevention and action plan up to date.
• Work directly with the CTO for continuous improvement.

Profile

• You breathe safety and have at least a Bachelor's degree, supplemented by a Level 1 Prevention Advisor diploma.
• With your eagerness to learn, you know how to inspire and motivate colleagues.
• Coach who switches quickly and finds the right safety solutions, regardless of the challenge.
• Excellent communication skills and independent working attitude.
• Accurate, committed and knows how to instil ownership in your colleagues.
• Additional assets: knowledge of ISO9001/ISO 14001 and VCA** are indispensable
