Our client is an ambitious property developer from the Aalter region. To strengthen the team, they are looking for a (m/f):

Project Manager

Function

• Responsible for the development and operation of installations, in consultation with the CEO.
• Pre-design and dimensioning of the installation, choice of coupling, components.
• Taking into account applicable regulations of local authorities, distribution network operators, insurers, etc.
• Requesting and analysing building characteristics, grid and stability studies,
• Interpreting and implementing results in the preliminary design
• Organises EPC tenders and negotiates the EPC and O&M contract
• Close contact with the various external parties; client, insurer, distribution system operator etc.
• Ensure that everything runs smoothly and qualitatively according to the required safety regulations, from kick-off to final delivery (2 years)
• For every problem that arises, you look for and coordinate a solution.
• Oversee O&M; and guarantee that the production of the solar installations achieve their predefined output.

Profile

• Master's degree in electromechanics or electrical engineering.
• Preferably +3 years' experience in solar.
• Dutch and English: obligatory, French is a plus.
• You are hands-on, know how to get to work and have strong communication skills.
• Eager to learn about complementary renewable energy solutions.
