Finance & HR Manager
Function
As Finance Manager:
- Responsible for complete accounting from start to finish.
- Entry of purchase invoices and miscellaneous entries.
- Managing cash planning and executing payments.
- Handling monthly and year-end closing, including financial reporting.
- Filing of returns (VAT, Intra-Community, Intrastat and other statutory returns).
- Supporting colleagues with daily financial tasks and reports.
- Performing analyses and financial optimisations.
- Point of contact for the auditor and CEO.
As HR Manager:
- First point of contact for employees on social legislation.
- Optimising and drawing up new contracts.
- Managing time registration and passing it on to the social secretariat.
- Responsible for subsidy applications (SME portfolio).
- Managing and negotiating insurance policies.

- Accurate and an eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
- Familiar with social legislation.
- Independent and structured working.
- Honest and discrete.
- Hands-on mentality with strong sense of responsibility.
