To expand the team, they are looking for a driven professional who combines both financial expertise and HR skills.

Finance & HR Manager

Function

As Finance Manager:

• Responsible for complete accounting from start to finish.
• Entry of purchase invoices and miscellaneous entries.
• Managing cash planning and executing payments.
• Handling monthly and year-end closing, including financial reporting.
• Filing of returns (VAT, Intra-Community, Intrastat and other statutory returns).
• Supporting colleagues with daily financial tasks and reports.
• Performing analyses and financial optimisations.
• Point of contact for the auditor and CEO.

As HR Manager:

• First point of contact for employees on social legislation.
• Optimising and drawing up new contracts.
• Managing time registration and passing it on to the social secretariat.
• Responsible for subsidy applications (SME portfolio).
• Managing and negotiating insurance policies.
