Group Financial Controller

Function

As Group Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and growth of our investment group. Your responsibilities include:

• Perform in-depth analysis to assess and improve financial performance.
• Carefully prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Establish and monitor budgets and forecasts to support strategic goals.
• Implement and monitor internal control systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Work closely with various departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate guidelines.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and make them more efficient.

Profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within an investment and manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with financial software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and a true team player with a passion for finance.
