Private Banker Assistant
Function
- Prepare client visits: Manage agendas, prepare periodic portfolio meetings and files.
- Supervise new clients: Ensure a warm welcome and smooth administrative handling for new customers, and offer a welcoming welcome to existing customers.
- Administrative support: perform banking transactions such as transfers and credits, prepare account opening formalities, keep customer files up to date, and manage portfolios and credit files.
- Organising events: Coordinate informative meetings and leisure events for customers and prospects, working closely with the Marketing & Communications department.
Profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in banking and finance.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant position.
- Organisational talent with a keen eye for detail.
- Enthusiastic, customer-oriented and enjoys working in a team, but can also work well independently.
- Strong interest in digitalisation and loves innovation.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Proficient in the use of PC programmes such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
