General Manager

 

Function

 

In this versatile and challenging role, you will be ultimately responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic growth of our operations in Europe and Asia. You will work closely with the Group CEO and manage multifunctional teams to achieve our ambitious targets.
  • Maintain overview of costs and revenues, with direct P&L responsibility.
  • Improve operational processes and increase efficiency within various sites.
  • Coordinate daily reporting and monitoring of business objectives.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Active involvement in product development and innovation projects.
  • Inspire and align teams across various management cultures.
  • Create a culture of collaboration, improvement and innovation.
  • Supervise and actively support department managers in achieving their goals.

 

Profile


  • Minimum 15 years' experience in a senior management role, preferably with international responsibility.
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes such as finance, sales, production and innovation.
  • Analytically strong, with a focus on facts and data when making decisions.
  • Communication strong and able to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Multicultural leadership skills and experience managing teams in different countries.
  • Results-oriented and flexible in a fast-changing environment.
  • Diplomatic and able to build bridges between different stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in N-F-E.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad.
