HR Business Partner

Function

• Implement various HR processes at production sites in Limburg.
• Creatively approach the labour market to attract talent; build a network and collaborate with schools, temp agencies, and job fairs.
• Ensuring smooth pre- and onboarding so that new employees quickly feel at home.
• Prepare training plans and encourage talent development.
• Advising managers on development interviews and personnel issues.
• Being the first point of contact for employees and building a relationship of trust.
• Staying up to date with evolutions within the HR field and promoting company values.
• Being a member of the national HR BP team and contributing to a constructive HR policy.

Profile

• Higher degree (bachelor or master) with relevant experience in a generalist HR function, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Passion for HR in the broadest sense of the word.
• Customer- and team-oriented, results-oriented and change-oriented.
• Able to convince others and communicate fluently at different levels.
• Strong empathy and persuasiveness.
