Marketing & Communication Manager
(omnichannel)

Function

• Coordinate targeted marketing initiatives for various countries.
• Create cross-channel marketing campaigns that reinforce brand identity.
• Develop content and campaigns that match the aesthetics of the target audience.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Build strong relationships with partners and customers to foster loyalty.
• Manage and coach a dynamic team of marketing professionals.
• Evaluate team performance and ensure continuous development and growth.
• Thinking along at a strategic level to refine and improve our marketing strategy.
• Help build a structured and efficient marketing department.

Profile

• At least 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably within the interior design sector.
• Experience of working with international teams and markets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• A keen eye for design and a passion for creating engaging brand experiences.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
