Function

• Involved in the operational side of deal sourcing and new initiatives.
• Organise market studies, financial modelling and valuation of investment opportunities.
• Perform all aspects of deals, including market research and financial due diligence, structuring, bank financing and contract negotiations.
• Assist the management team in implementing the value creation plan.
• Part of a passionate team of ambitious investment professionals.
• Reporting to the Investment Partner and collaborating on various projects.

Profile

• Master's degree in engineering, law or economics & finance with excellent academic credentials.
• Considerable experience in business operations, post-merger integration and change management.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, always-on attitude and working to tight deadlines.
• Experience with P&L and balance sheet responsibility.
• Passion for business and investment.
• Aware of cultural and interpersonal differences in management styles.
• Pragmatic and to-the-point approach.
