Function

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers within FMCG market.
• Identify and approach potential customers to expand customer base.
• Organise and participate in trade shows, both national and international, to present products in an attractive manner.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive growth in the region.
• Monitor market trends and competition to support strategic decisions.
• Use CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to synchronise customer needs and market strategies.
  
  

Profile

• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in sales, preferably within FMCG.
• Positive, communicative and a natural commercial talent.
• Hands-on mentality and able to work independently.
• Skilled in building and maintaining an extensive professional network.
• Fluent in Dutch as well as French, with excellent communication skills.
• Living in or around Antwerp, with strong ties to the province.
