Technical/ Industrialisation Manager

Our client is an industrial group based in Mouscron. The complementarity of the activities and production processes make this company a strong player in the market. Due to strong expansion, we are recruiting (m/f) for immediate entry into service:
Technical/ Industrialisation Manager

Function

• Diagnose and solve technical problems in the workshop.
• Providing day-to-day assistance and training to fitters and team leaders for all technical queries.
• Managing and optimising changes (parameters, presses, processes).
• Ensuring compliance with tooling status (industrialisation in collaboration with the engineering department).
• Validation of tooling interventions (cause, solution, cost, validation).
• Improving cost price calculation & quotations based on actual workshop costs.
• Managing and optimising engineering in the production workshop (automation, robotisation, methods, etc.).
• Assisting the Quality Department with any customer feedback on a quality problem due to process drift.
• Drafting and validation of production data during the manufacturing process (ODP feedback to the office).
• Management of the industrialisation phase for new and existing tooling.
• Management and implementation of workshop standards.
• Implementation of tools to measure & optimise the profitability of injection costs.
• Managing machine data (extraction, analysis).
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems in the workshop.
  
  

Profile

• You have a degree (bac +3/4) in general engineering.
• You have at least 3 years' experience in the plastics industry (including work-linked training).
• Ideally, you will have some initial management experience.
• Knowledge of plastics processing methods or production and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of ABB robot languages.
• Open-mindedness and technical curiosity.
• Ability to make proposals and be a driving force and player.
• Ability to communicate, lead and persuade.
